John Cary

In his role as General Manager and Vice-President of Products, John leads the overall strategy and development of UIE software platform, tools and products that enable rich multimedia experiences across a variety of devices and networks. During the past seven years at UIEvolution, he has worked across Wireless Operators, Device vendors, Content Providers, IPTV and Consumer Electronics industry as well as Vertical Market Solutions to deliver rich, interactive applications that can work seamlessly across multiple technologies and ecosystems.

Before joining UIEvolution, John held a variety of senior roles in companies such as Tut Systems, developing VDSL products, as well as OneWorld Systems, where he directed the Engineering team that built routing and telecommunications hardware. John holds a BS in Engineering System Sciences and Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
